Detailed Health History
Next, we take the time to truly listen. A detailed health history helps us understand not only your current concerns, but also any past injuries, habits, or lifestyle factors that may be contributing. This step allows us to connect the dots and begin building a care plan that is specific to your body and your goals.
Comprehensive Examination
Your exam is designed to evaluate how your body is functioning as a whole. We assess posture, movement, range of motion, and areas of tension or imbalance. This thorough approach helps us identify the root cause of your symptoms—not just where you’re feeling discomfort, but why it’s happening.
Digital X-Rays (If Necessary)
If we feel it’s clinically appropriate, we may take digital X-rays right in the office. These images give us a deeper look at your spine and joints, helping us make the most accurate recommendations possible. X-rays are only taken when needed and always with your safety and best interest in mind.
Report of Findings (Day 2 Visit)
On your second visit, we review everything together in what’s called your Report of Findings. We’ll go over your results, including any X-rays, explain what we found in clear, easy-to-understand terms, and walk you through our recommended plan of care. This is your time to ask questions and feel confident moving forward.
When Treatment Begins
Some doctors may begin treatment on the first visit, while others prefer to wait until after your Report of Findings to ensure your care plan is fully customized. Either way, our priority is delivering care that is safe, specific, and tailored to you.

We believe you deserve clarity and confidence in your care. That’s why your Report of Findings—along with our recommendations and consultation—is provided at no additional charge.
“When Will I Be Done?”
This is one of the most common questions we hear—and it’s a great one. The truth is, it depends on your goals. Many patients begin care to get out of pain, and once that initial phase is complete, they feel significantly better. But feeling better doesn’t always mean everything is fully healed or functioning at its best.
